Method:
- In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, Tomato juice, Gazpacho, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper, mix with the long spoon.
- Garnish with a gilda (classic Basque cocktail stick pintxo).
