  • 30ml vodka
  • 75ml tomato juice
  • 300ml Gazpacho Brindisa

  • 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4-5 dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • Few drops fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Generous pinch of celery salt (or sea salt)
  • Ice
  • Gordal Olives

Method:

  1. In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, Tomato juice, Gazpacho, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper, mix with the long spoon.
  2. Garnish with a gilda (classic Basque cocktail stick pintxo).
