Roast pork taste. Hot paprika kick at the end. Fires up bean stews. Great to grill on the parilla. These cooking chorizos, spiced with mild- and hot-smoked paprika, are free from any artificial colourings or preservatives and are an excellent ingredient in many different dishes. At their best poached in wine or cooked in a casserole, they add a depth of flavour, a hint of smokiness and a beautiful colour to whatever they are cooked with. This product has been awarded with 1 star in the Great Taste Awards 2016. The judges' comments were: "Plump, generously sized sausage with a good colour, nice presentation, not a traditional chorizo appearance. The flavour is good and spicy. Juicy and smoky from the paprika."

Potent sweetness. Crimson red. Flamed then hand peeled and packed. Super versatile. Brought back to Spain from the Americas by returning conquistadores, these small red peppers are a very mild variety of chilli. Grown in the Lodosa DOP in Navarra these piquillo peppers are roasted and then peeled by hand.  The peppers are a deep scarlet and their flavour is intense, sweet and mildly piquant.

A thick, marbled cut from the shoulder, presa is prized for its juiciness and deep, savoury flavour. Best cooked medium rare you can treat it almost like a steak, it’s perfect for grilling, roasting, or slicing thinly for sharing platters. Señorío de Montanera raises its 100% Ibérico pigs on acorns and natural pasture in Extremadura’s ancient dehesas.
