Juicy red with wild berries, spice, and earthy notes; fresh & smooth.  A vibrant, minimal-intervention red made from early-harvested Garnacha and the rare Giró grape, this wine captures the essence of Mediterranean freshness. Fermented with native yeasts, it’s crafted with care — half aged on fine lees in stainless steel, and the other half in used French oak for subtle texture and depth. Bottled unclarified and with minimal filtration, it showcases the purity of its fruit and place. Light ruby in colour, it bursts with wild strawberry and red berry aromas. The palate is agile and smooth, with silky tannins and a lively, refreshing acidity that invites another sip.  Perfect with tapas, grilled white fish, or a selection of charcuterie. Serve slightly chilled for a wonderfully versatile red suited to summer evenings or relaxed dining. Ingredients: Garnacha and Giró grapes. 13.5% ABV. Contains SULPHITES.
