Estrella Galicia is made from a specific wort in the only production facility of Hijos de Rivera, in A Coruña. It is a bright golden beer made from a selection of malts and especially bitter hops. This beer displays a neutral and light taste on the palate, with a very strong hoppy tone. It reminds to the taste of the barley and malt used in its production, with crispy roast notes and remembrances of dried fruits and nuts. Flor de Vetus Verdejo is a zesty white from Rueda, bursting with lime, green apple, and pineapple flavours. Hints of fennel and grass add depth, while crisp acidity makes each sip refreshing. The mineral undertones create a clean, elegant finish. Perfect for seafood, light salads, creamy pasta, and even spicy Asian or Mexican dishes. Ideal for warm days and alfresco dining. Elegant, fresh, herbal. Intense aroma. Old Vine tempranillo, oak aged. Great in cava and cocktails. A Spanish red vermouth made exclusively from old vine Tempranillo in Burgos in the Ribera del Duero and aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Pairs amazingly well with a charcuterie board or antipasti.

Powerful Priorat with dark fruit and mineral notes; balanced by great acidity. For meat lovers. Crafted for earlier drinking while still capturing the intensity and character of Priorat, this wine is made from organically farmed Garnacha and Carignano grown on high-altitude slate vineyards in Poboleda. Grapes are hand-harvested, followed by cold maceration and slow fermentation by plot to preserve purity and detail. Aged without stabilisation and only fine filtration, with no oak used, this is a vivid, fruit-driven expression of the region. Perfect with grilled meats, rich vegetable dishes, or aged hard cheeses—especially good alongside rosemary lamb or hearty Mediterranean fare. Ingredients: 70% Garnacha, 30% Carignano grapes. Contains SULPHITES. 14% ABV.

Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat is a minimal-intervention sparkling wine with a natural, slightly cloudy appearance and fine bubbles. It offers aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and wildflowers, with lively acidity and hints of minerals on the palate, with a clean and vibrant finish. Pairs beautifully with a classic dish like grilled shrimp skewers or seafood with a citrusy marinade. This wine is produced using the méthode ancestrale, where fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then bottled before fermentation completes, capturing natural carbonation. This method preserves the wine's fruitiness and results in a lively effervescence and slightly cloudy appearance. It's a testament to minimal intervention winemaking, highlighting the natural flavours and terroir of the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Ingredients: 100% Xarel-lo. 12.5% vol. Made only in exceptional vintages, this Reserva blends 95% Tempranillo with 5% Graciano, sourced from high-quality single vineyards La Pasada and La Montesa. The grapes undergo a long maceration before ageing for 12 months in a mix of American and French oak (60/40, both new and used), followed by 24 months of bottle ageing to build structure and complexity. A refined, expressive wine that pairs beautifully with lamb, roast pork, and mushroom risotto—particularly well-suited to dishes with umami or earthy flavours.

Freshest soft young sherry, bright acidity, sea air saltiness with hints of nuts & chamomile. Perfection. This Manzanilla has been aged for 8 years before bottling, making it a 'pasada' style. The extra ageing on a 'pasada' builds complexity, body and adds a hint of oxidation as the veil of 'flor' begins to thin. It is also an 'en Rama' or 'raw' Manzanilla meaning the wine has been bottled straight from the cask with no fining or filtration to preserve the body and freshness. The 'pastora', or 'sheperdess' was the first Manzanilla branch launched by Barbadillo in 1827. The brand was resurrected in 2014 to launch this wine - Barbadillo's finest Manzanilla.  Ideal with tuna empanada.
