Fermented with native yeasts, it’s crafted with care — half aged on fine lees in stainless steel, and the other half in used French oak for subtle texture and depth. Bottled unclarified and with minimal filtration, it showcases the purity of its fruit and place. Light ruby in colour, it bursts with wild strawberry and red berry aromas. The palate is agile and smooth, with silky tannins and a lively, refreshing acidity that invites another sip.  Perfect with tapas, grilled white fish, or a selection of charcuterie. Fresh Chardonnay with tropical, stone fruit and lively citrus; bright and smooth. An everyday white. An unoaked Chardonnay made to showcase the natural purity and freshness of the grape, with no intervention from wood. Sourced from 20+ year-old vines, the grapes undergo pneumatic pressing, brief maceration, and cool fermentation in stainless steel at 16°C for 12–15 days. The result is a clean, vibrant white that’s perfect for seafood, fish dishes, and roast chicken—an easygoing choice for everyday meals or relaxed summer gatherings.

Structured yet elegant with dark fruit, vanilla and mocha; great depth, perfect for big meals. A versatile Crianza crafted from old bush vines grown at high altitude (up to 800m), offering depth, structure, and a vibrant character. Grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously selected, then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve fruit purity. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (60% American, 40% French), followed by further ageing in bottle. Bottled with minimal intervention, this limited-release red reflects the low yields and exceptional quality of Cigales’ best vineyards. Superb with roast lamb, grilled red meats, charcuterie boards, or mature Manchego, it’s an ideal choice for Sunday roasts or a tapas-style dinner.
