Orange-Stuffed Gordal Olives

ingredients

  • 300g Perello Gordal Olives

  • 2 peeled oranges
  • 3 tbsp Nunez de Prado Extra Virgin Olive Oil
IN STOCK
  • A good pinch of Wild Catalan Oregano
IN STOCK

METHOD

  1. Thinly slice the oranges.
  2. Slice the olives lengthways, halfway through so they can be opened up. 
  3. Stuff with orange and place the olives in a bowl. 
  4. Add the oregano and extra virgin olive oil, and stir. 
  5. Enjoy olives with a crisp glass of sherry or gin and tonic!
