ingredients
- 300g Perello Gordal Olives
- 2 peeled oranges
- 3 tbsp Nunez de Prado Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- A good pinch of Wild Catalan Oregano
METHOD
- Thinly slice the oranges.
- Slice the olives lengthways, halfway through so they can be opened up.
- Stuff with orange and place the olives in a bowl.
- Add the oregano and extra virgin olive oil, and stir.
- Enjoy olives with a crisp glass of sherry or gin and tonic!
