  • 1 tin Ortiz Bonito Tuna in Olive Oil (250g), drained

  • 12 Gherkins, roughly chopped
IN STOCK
  • 12 Caperberries, roughly chopped
IN STOCK
  • 30g cooked petit pois
  • 1 tbsp very finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Brindisa Arbequina Olive Oil

  • 2 tsp Valdespino sherry vinegar
IN STOCK
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 small baguettes

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, gherkins, caperberries, peas and red onion.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, sherry vinegar and black pepper. Stir into the tuna mixture.
  3. Serve on toasted baguettes.
