2. Survey Purpose
This survey is conducted for consumer research purposes only. Participation in the survey does not guarantee winning a prize.

3. Eligibility

This prize draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry, who are physically located and residing in the UK.

Prizes can only be sent to mainland UK addresses.

Employees of Brindisa Limited, Brindisa Kitchens Limited, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw (“Releasees”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Complete the survey between 09:30 on Saturday 25th July 2026 and 23:59 on Saturday 8th August 2026.
• Provide their name and email address
• By entering, participants confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted.

Entries must be received between 09:30 on Saturday 25th July 2026 and 23:59 on Saturday 8th August 2026.

Incomplete or invalid entries may be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within 14 of the draw date.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, declines the prize, or is found to be in breach of these Terms, they will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected at random.

The promoter is not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by entrants.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize & prize conditions

The prizes will be as described in the relevant survey or promotional emails and social media posts related to the survey, with a minimum retail value of £143.

• Delivery is limited to mainland UK addresses only
• No cash alternative is available
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
• If a prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value

8. Data Protection & Privacy

By entering, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed by Brindisa Ltd and by 3^rd party market research partner, Screen Pilot Ltd for the purpose of administering this prize draw, including contacting the winner. This processing is based on legitimate interest.

Survey responses will be anonymous.

9. General

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or where fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the draw.
