These thin and crisp sweet rolled wafers are simply made with butter, flour and sugar to produce a light, rich delicious biscuit which slightly resembles a cigarette, from which it gets its name. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, they can also be filled with cream or creme fraiche and served with marinated fruit. For the chocolate biscuit aficionado, the chocolate version has almost as much chocolate as biscuit!

Delicious thin leaves of 70% cocoa chocolate with a touch of Mediterranean salt, made following the traditional method of selection, roasting, refining and conching. These fine leaves are characterized by an intense flavour that is long in the mouth and has a toasted note. Ideal enjoy yourself or to share after dinner.  Taste profile: Smooth bittersweet dark chocolate with bursts of savoury intensity.

Toasted and caramelised Marcona almonds coated in white chocolate, then dusted in pure cocoa powder. The beautiful vintage tin uses a design from their 1901 range. At first, pure cocoa powder gives a bitter taste which is then offset by the sweet, creamy taste of the white chocolate in a combination that is enriched by the caramelized notes and crunchy texture of the whole Marcona Almonds. Great combination of aroma, flavour and texture. Please note we are unable to accommodate requests for specific tin designs.

The Alemany chestnut honey is harvested in the summer in Galicia, Burgos and Leon. It has a dark amber colour, almost opaque, with a floral, slightly woody aroma. The flavour is deep with hints of saltiness. Delicious eaten simply on toast or drizzled over fresh cheese. This product has been awarded with 1 star in the Great Taste Awards 2016. The judges' comments were: "Beautiful sap like colour. Pleasing texture. Strong upfront floral flavour with hints of caramel. Dark and slightly opaque, not overly sweet, with an almost peaty layer within the flavour."

Sweet with a bitter edge and a burst of citrus. Great after dinner sweet. Made with locally grown Valencian Salustiana oranges, these candied orange segments are gently cooked in a sweet syrup to allow them to soften and create a sweet skin. Once softened they are dipped in delicious dark chocolate.   These chocolate coated segments provide the best taste combination of sweet and bitter and are the ultimate addition to any dinner table or as an appetising gift. Estrella Galicia is made from a specific wort in the only production facility of Hijos de Rivera, in A Coruña. It is a bright golden beer made from a selection of malts and especially bitter hops. This beer displays a neutral and light taste on the palate, with a very strong hoppy tone. It reminds to the taste of the barley and malt used in its production, with crispy roast notes and remembrances of dried fruits and nuts. Local white grapes with red Monastrell create pale pink sparkling wine. Citrus, white fruit & summer berries. Wild citrus and white fruit typical notes of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel. A voluminous mouthfeel with good structure and an elegant, fresh and persistent finish. Delicious with Iberian acorn-fed ham.

Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat is a minimal-intervention sparkling wine with a natural, slightly cloudy appearance and fine bubbles. It offers aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and wildflowers, with lively acidity and hints of minerals on the palate, with a clean and vibrant finish. Pairs beautifully with a classic dish like grilled shrimp skewers or seafood with a citrusy marinade. This wine is produced using the méthode ancestrale, where fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then bottled before fermentation completes, capturing natural carbonation. This method preserves the wine's fruitiness and results in a lively effervescence and slightly cloudy appearance. It's a testament to minimal intervention winemaking, highlighting the natural flavours and terroir of the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Ingredients: 100% Xarel-lo. 12.5% vol. Vibrant yet delicate, aromas of mandarin thanks to this blend of Albarino, Loureio & Caino grapes. A wine of great aromatic complexity, crisp aromas of mandarin, ripe melon and orange peel develop to delicate mineral, earthy and orange blossom notes. It is creamy with mineral touches that together with its fresh and mild acidity, offers aa pleasant and intense wine with a long finish. Best with Galician cuisine.

Aromas of peach, pear, cherry & strawberry meet while refreshing acidity delivers an elegant finish. Pale salmon in colour. Chill and enjoy on its own or pair with BBQ fare such as grilled lamb or pork chops.

Freshest soft young sherry, bright acidity, sea air saltiness with hints of nuts & chamomile. Perfection. This Manzanilla has been aged for 8 years before bottling, making it a 'pasada' style. The extra ageing on a 'pasada' builds complexity, body and adds a hint of oxidation as the veil of 'flor' begins to thin. It is also an 'en Rama' or 'raw' Manzanilla meaning the wine has been bottled straight from the cask with no fining or filtration to preserve the body and freshness. The 'pastora', or 'sheperdess' was the first Manzanilla branch launched by Barbadillo in 1827. The brand was resurrected in 2014 to launch this wine - Barbadillo's finest Manzanilla.  Ideal with tuna empanada.
