Aromatic lard for roast potatoes and baking. This product is made from the famous ibérico pigs of Spain, world renowned for its flavour and aromas. It is produced by rendering down the plentiful fat of the animals to produce a smooth, aromatic lard. It can be used as a cooking fat in making roast potatoes or in baking, to make beautifully light pastry.

Alemany orange blossom honey has an intense floral aroma with a mild, sweet flavour balanced by sharp, citric notes. It's an excellent honey to use in the kitchen, equally good in sweet or savoury dishes. Used in the deep fried Monte Enebro dish in our restaurants.  A 2-star Great Taste Awards winner in 2025

Artisan drying & selection. ‘Pasas de Málaga (moscatel raisins) are under the protected designation of origin (PDO) of Málaga, which guarantees their quality and traditional production. Traditionally sun-dried moscatel grapes from Axarquía in Málaga, Spain. This is an autumnal product produced for the Christmas market, and traditionally served with a cheese board.

Oval Catalan almonds are grown in the Mediterranean and widely enjoyed all over Spain. Plump Marcona almonds are an indigenous variety to Spain, known as the “Queen” of almonds. Cultivated in the north-east regions of Aragón, Valencia and Cataluña, this varietal is prized for its sweet, nutty, buttery flavour and creamy texture.   Expertly selected, then gently fried and seasoned to perfection in small batches, Perelló Salted Marcona Almonds make a wonderful snack alongside a cold drink. Valencian citrus, from orchards dedicated to biodiversity. Made in small batches in the UK. Unique! This marmalade is part of a Brindisa project exploring small-batch, high-quality foods that celebrate the connection between the Iberian Peninsula and the UK. At its heart is the Todolí Citrus Foundation, founded by Vicente Todolí to preserve his family’s citrus-growing heritage in Palmera, on the Mediterranean coast near Valencia. The orchard houses nearly 500 citrus varieties, and focuses on flavour over commercial traits. We discovered their extraordinary fruit through Shrub in London and, after testing a few varietals, chose the Bouquet de Flores bitter orange for its delicate sharpness, bright tang, and beautiful titian colour. Working with England Preserves in Bermondsey, we created this vibrant marmalade. The peel candies into fine slivers, while the flesh becomes a golden, jelly-like preserve with a flavour reminiscent of lemon curd—elegant, fragrant, and full of character. Made in very small batches with limited fruit, this marmalade is available exclusively through our shops and website.

This versatile extra virgin olive oil is a vibrant blend of olives grown in the fertile region of Navarra, Spain—an area renowned for its ideal olive-growing conditions. The olives are carefully harvested at peak ripeness and cold-extracted within 12 hours to preserve their freshness, flavour, and nutritional integrity. The result is a smooth, well-balanced oil with a subtle fruitiness, making it an excellent all-purpose choice for everyday use.
