The olives are carefully harvested at peak ripeness and cold-extracted within 12 hours to preserve their freshness, flavour, and nutritional integrity. The result is a smooth, well-balanced oil with a subtle fruitiness, making it an excellent all-purpose choice for everyday use. It has aromas of golden apple, sweet almond, cut grass, ripe tomato, thyme, and blackberry. On the palate, it is soft and sweet with notes of almond and walnut, finishing with a gentle, peppery lift. Perfect for drizzling over salads, stirring into soups, dressing grilled vegetables, or complementing meats and pasta, this oil adds a delicate richness to any dish. Available in 250ml, 500ml, and 3L sizes. Please be aware the tins are fragile and can experience dents in transit. We will therefore not refund or replace any dented tins unless the product has been compromised or the tin is leaking.

With a pleasant warmth from the paprika it can also be used in marinades, adding a touch of heat and acidity. The almond and tomato gazpacho has delicious creaminess on the tongue, with a bit of texture from the almonds, and a beautiful balance of sweet nuttiness and ripe tomato acidity, brought together by the richness of Andalusian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Creamy almonds and ripe tomatoes create a rich, yet refreshing, gazpacho.

These cooking chorizos, spiced with mild- and hot-smoked paprika, are free from any artificial colourings or preservatives and are an excellent ingredient in many different dishes. At their best poached in wine or cooked in a casserole, they add a depth of flavour, a hint of smokiness and a beautiful colour to whatever they are cooked with. This product has been awarded with 1 star in the Great Taste Awards 2016. The judges' comments were: "Plump, generously sized sausage with a good colour, nice presentation, not a traditional chorizo appearance. The flavour is good and spicy. Juicy and smoky from the paprika."

This Catalan variety is a soft type, made to be cooked, and contains a good quantity of onion, giving it a pleasant sweetness. The cocktail-sized puddings can be fried, grilled, baked or poached or cooked down to give texture to casseroles. Approximately 300g

It has a hint of cumin on the finish.  Combining earthiness, sweetness and acidity, this is a beautifully balanced gazpacho.
