Paiarrop Date and Almond Wheel 225g
These small fruit wheels from Paiarrop are made only using two ingredients: pressed whole pitted Deglet Nour dates and Marcona almonds. The Marcona almonds are the very best that Mediterranean Spain produces: moist, and rich in oil for extra flavour. Dates are full of energy and fibre so they are a very healthy sweet snack. This wheel is ideal eaten thinly sliced on its own, or as an accompaniment to a Spanish cheese board.

A bottle of red wine and a glass
L'Expressió del Priorat, D.O.Q. Priorat, 75cl
Powerful Priorat with dark fruit and mineral notes; balanced by great acidity. For meat lovers. Crafted for earlier drinking while still capturing the intensity and character of Priorat, this wine is made from organically farmed Garnacha and Carignano grown on high-altitude slate vineyards in Poboleda. Grapes are hand-harvested, followed by cold maceration and slow fermentation by plot to preserve purity and detail. Aged without stabilisation and only fine filtration, with no oak used, this is a vivid, fruit-driven expression of the region. Perfect with grilled meats, rich vegetable dishes, or aged hard cheeses—especially good alongside rosemary lamb or hearty Mediterranean fare. Ingredients: 70% Garnacha, 30% Carignano grapes. Contains SULPHITES. 14% ABV.

a jar of Brindisa Bouquet de Flores Orange Marmalade with a twirl of orange peel and three oranges, one halved
Brindisa Bouquet de Flores Orange Marmalade, 300g
Valencian citrus, from orchards dedicated to biodiversity. Made in small batches in the UK. Unique! This marmalade is part of a Brindisa project exploring small-batch, high-quality foods that celebrate the connection between the Iberian Peninsula and the UK. At its heart is the Todolí Citrus Foundation, founded by Vicente Todolí to preserve his family’s citrus-growing heritage in Palmera, on the Mediterranean coast near Valencia. The orchard houses nearly 500 citrus varieties, and focuses on flavour over commercial traits. We discovered their extraordinary fruit through Shrub in London and, after testing a few varietals, chose the Bouquet de Flores bitter orange for its delicate sharpness, bright tang, and beautiful titian colour. Working with England Preserves in Bermondsey, we created this vibrant marmalade. The peel candies into fine slivers, while the flesh becomes a golden, jelly-like preserve with a flavour reminiscent of lemon curd—elegant, fragrant, and full of character. Made in very small batches with limited fruit, this marmalade is available exclusively through our shops and website.

Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat - Organic Sparkling wine from SpainLoxarel A Pel Pet Nat - Organic Sparkling wine from Spain
Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat, Organic Sparkling Wine, 75cl
Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat is a minimal-intervention sparkling wine with a natural, slightly cloudy appearance and fine bubbles. It offers aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and wildflowers, with lively acidity and hints of minerals on the palate, with a clean and vibrant finish. Pairs beautifully with a classic dish like grilled shrimp skewers or seafood with a citrusy marinade. This wine is produced using the méthode ancestrale, where fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then bottled before fermentation completes, capturing natural carbonation. This method preserves the wine's fruitiness and results in a lively effervescence and slightly cloudy appearance. It's a testament to minimal intervention winemaking, highlighting the natural flavours and terroir of the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Ingredients: 100% Xarel-lo. 12.5% vol. Contains SULPHITES.

A wedge of Manchego cheese on a rectangular stone serving board, with two green apples behind it on a light surface against a warm yellow-orange background.A rectangular wedge of Manchego cheese with a textured brown rind sits on a square beige stone board, with two green apples blurred in the background against a warm yellow wall.
Hualdo Manchego, Mature, 200g
Made on the Hualdo estate in Toledo, this exceptional Manchego is crafted from the raw milk of the farm's own Manchega sheep. The milk is transformed into cheese within hours of milking, preserving its freshness and allowing the character of the milk to shine through. Aged for 10 months, it develops a firm, slightly grainy texture and a rich, complex flavour. Expect notes of toasted cereals and nuts, balanced by subtle vegetal undertones and a long, gently spicy finish. Its deep, aromatic profile makes it an outstanding example of mature Manchego. Produced entirely on a single estate, Hualdo follows a closed-loop farming system, with careful management of grazing, animal welfare and feed production. This integrated approach results in a cheese with remarkable depth, structure and purity of flavour, reflecting both the traditions of La Mancha and meticulous cheesemaking. Serve with soda bread, fresh pineapple or other sweet fruits, and a glass of well-aged red wine.
