Single varietal vinegars offer subtlety and variety whatever they may be used for. This moscatel vinegar is produced by the Schutzenbach method of cold acetification which allows for the flavours of the grape variety to remain distinct. This is a delightfully floral vinegar with sweet stone fruit flavours. A 2-star Winner in Great Taste Awards 2023.

Produced in Tarragona, Catalonia from chardonnay grapes. A balsamic vinegar, made by combining reduced grape juice with the vinegar, aged in oak barrels for 3 years. It is unfiltered, allowing the varietal flavours to shine; delicate, sweet and beautifully balanced, it is wonderful with fish.

Produced in Tarragona, Catalonia from cabernet sauvignon grapes. A balsamic vinegar, made by combining reduced grape juice with the vinegar, and aged in oak barrels for 8 years, it is unfiltered, allowing the varietal flavours to shine; ripe black fruit is balanced by the acidity in bittersweet harmony.

Currently reduced as we’re nearing the end of this year’s harvest. Harvested at peak freshness. Notes of green tomato, artichoke & fresh herbs, with a peppery finish. This exceptional extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% Picual olives that were exclusively sourced from the Los Robledos estate in Jaén, Andalucía. The unique soil and climate of Jaén provide ideal growing conditions, capturing the authentic essence of the region. The olives are harvested at night to preserve their quality, and later refrigerated and processed at a renowned mill. The harvest takes place in early October, preserving a robust flavour profile that's complex and intense. Perfect for drizzling over salads, bread, tapas and fish dishes.
