Wine and Cava

Elegant, fresh, herbal. Intense aroma. Old Vine tempranillo, oak aged. Great in cava and cocktails. A Spanish red vermouth made exclusively from old vine Tempranillo in Burgos in the Ribera del Duero and aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Pairs amazingly well with a charcuterie board or antipasti.

Selected from long ageing tonic wines and vermuts. Notes of wormwood, Seville orange, rosemary and elderberry. Rich with bold bitterness and real depth. Ideal as an aperitif on its own or with olives and nuts. Ingredients: 100% Palomino Fina grapes. 17% alc vol. Contains SULPHITES

Freshest soft young sherry, bright acidity, sea air saltiness with hints of nuts & chamomile. Perfection. This Manzanilla has been aged for 8 years before bottling, making it a 'pasada' style. The extra ageing on a 'pasada' builds complexity, body and adds a hint of oxidation as the veil of 'flor' begins to thin. It is also an 'en Rama' or 'raw' Manzanilla meaning the wine has been bottled straight from the cask with no fining or filtration to preserve the body and freshness. The 'pastora', or 'sheperdess' was the first Manzanilla branch launched by Barbadillo in 1827. The brand was resurrected in 2014 to launch this wine - Barbadillo's finest Manzanilla.  Ideal with tuna empanada.

Estrella Galicia is made from a specific wort in the only production facility of Hijos de Rivera, in A Coruña. It is a bright golden beer made from a selection of malts and especially bitter hops. This beer displays a neutral and light taste on the palate, with a very strong hoppy tone. It reminds to the taste of the barley and malt used in its production, with crispy roast notes and remembrances of dried fruits and nuts.
