ARP Catalonia S.L. (Oleum Flumen)

Produced from the PX dessert sherries that Bodegas Ximenez Spinola have been making since 1723, and then aged in oak casks before it is bottled. This exceptional vinegar is then labelled and distributed by Oleum Flumen, a specialist Catalan olive oil producer.
