Terms & Conditions

• To enter the Prize Draw you must provide your name, email, address and phone number at www.headwater.co.uk/brindisa. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email us at mktg@exodus.co.uk with ‘Brindisa competition’ in the subject line.
• The prize is two places on a Catalan Coastal Walk with Headwater Holidays.
• The prize includes accommodation, transport while on the tour, meals and activities as outlined in the itineraries on the Headwater Holidays website.
• The prize does not include fights, transfers to/from the airport, visas, insurance, pre/post night accommodation or airport taxes.
• The closing date of the competition is midnight on the 30th December 2018.
• The competition is open to UK entrants only.
• Entrants must be 18 years or over.
• Selected departure dates are offered up to 31st December 2020. The prize tour is subject to availability.
• The holiday and travel are offered in accordance with Headwater’s standard booking conditions and are subject to availability.
• No employees of Headwater Holidays, The Travelopia Group, their subsidiaries, group companies or other company associated with this promotion will be eligible to enter.
• The closing date for entries is 30th December 2018. The draw will be made on 5th January 2019.
• The winner will be selected at random. The decision of Headwater will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner does not accept the prize or if contact cannot be made within 28 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and offered to a substitute winner. It is the entrant's responsibility to notify Headwater of any change in contact information.
• If you are the winner, you may be required to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter; this may include printing your name on the Headwater website at www.headwater.co.uk or other group promotional material.
• No purchase is necessary.
• The prize is not transferable; it is only for the use of the winner (ie the lead passenger) and there is no cash alternative.
• The promoter is Headwater Holidays, a member of the Travelopia Group of Companies. Registered UK Office: Origin One, 108 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1BD.
• Details of the winner will be available by sending a SAE to the Promoter after 31st December 2019 at the following address: Exodus c/o Headwater, 16/17 Grange Mills, Balham, SW12 0NE.
• Entry into this prize draw implies acceptance of these rules and conditions.
• Headwater reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer without notice.
