Loyalty Stamp Card Terms & Conditions
- Valid only at Brindisa branded shops in the UK.
- One Stamp can be earned per customer per day when the qualifying spend in a single transaction for purchases totals £10.00 or more.
- To earn a Stamp, a valid Card must be presented at the till at the time of purchase. Stamps will not be given based on receipts.
- You can obtain a Card free of charge at any of the Brindisa branded shops in the UK.
- To earn Stamps and claim Card rewards you must be aged 14 or over and a resident in the UK. Proof of age may be required before we issue or accept the registration of a Card and you must act truthfully when providing details of your age.
- Collect ten stamps in order to receive £10 off on your 11th shop on presentation of the original stamp card.
- Only one fully stamped card can be redeemed per customer per day.
- A reward may only be redeemed within 6 months following the acquisition of the 10th stamp.
- Redemption of a reward is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- Reward cannot be redeemed against gift cards or vouchers.
- Stamp cards and purchases made using a reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Photocopies will not be accepted.
- It is not possible to merge the Stamps and/or rewards from more than one Card onto a single Card.
- Brindisa ltd is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Cards.
- Cards may not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms.
- Brindisa ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept a Card or to limit the use of a Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. Brindisa ltd may withdraw your Card or take any other action it may deem appropriate if it suspects fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of your Card. The Card shall become invalid once withdrawn in such circumstances and you will not be able to redeem any stored rewards on your Card.
- Brindisa ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time or withdraw the loyalty scheme on reasonable notice/
- These Terms (together with the documents referred to in them) represents the entire agreement between you and Brindisa ltd in relation to your use of the loyalty Card. If any provision of these Terms shall be invalid or unenforceable, then all other provisions of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.
