Tartas La Abuela

Tartas de Abuela are based just outside the city of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia. Whilst they produce a wide range of desserts for the restaurant sector, it is the iconic Tarta de Santiago that is, and always has been, the bedrock of their sales.
