Gently firm. Mild bitter finish, yet sweetened with herb dressing. Hard not to finish the tin! These artichokes from Navarra are partially cooked before the leaves are removed and the hearts trimmed by hand. They are then marinated in sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, parsley and basil.  The marinated artichokes have a tender texture and a nutty and citrusy flavour mellowed by the oil and the herbs. Serve in a cold tapa with Ortiz anchovy fillets, in salads or quickly roast them on a griddle.

Lean yet tender, solomillo (tenderloin) is the most delicate of the Ibérico cuts. Its mild flavour and fine texture make it ideal for grilling, pan-searing, or roasting whole. Cook quickly and rest before slicing to preserve its natural juiciness.  Processed by Señorío de Montanera in Extremadura, this pork comes from their 100% acorn-fed Ibérico pigs roaming freely among holm and cork oaks. The result is exceptionally tender meat with subtle marbling and a refined, acorn-rich flavour.  Approximately 900g–1kg. A regional speciality of north-east Spain, the chistorra (sometimes spelt txistorra) is a long, thin cooking chorizo that is delicious cooked with huevos rotos or in a tortilla de patata, or simply grilled on a barbecue. This chistorra from La Rioja is mildly spiced and has a deep savoury flavour with a long, clean aftertaste. This is a fresh product and has a shelf-life of approximately two weeks. 

Mild Ñora pepper, toasted almonds, roast tomatoes & garlic. Sauce for salads, vegetables & fish. A Catalan speciality, this is made using a combination of hazelnuts, almonds, sweet nora peppers and tomatoes. A rich, nutty sauce with a real depth of flavour. Serving suggestions: traditionally eaten with fish or grilled calçots, it is equally good with steamed vegetables, asparagus or roast chicken, xatonada salad (salt cod and frisee salad) or with grilled escalivada.

Rich, hot, dense tomato sauce. A national favourite on fried potatoes! A spicy, tomato based sauce, traditionally spooned over cubes of crisp, roasted potatoes to make the well known patatas bravas. With a pleasant warmth from the paprika it can also be used in marinades, adding a touch of heat and acidity. Serving suggestions: spoon over roasted vegetables, BBQ meats, grilled sausages, fried potatoes or use to add a bit of heat to homemade baked beans. A 1-star Great Taste Award winner in 2023

The classic Mediterranean tomato sauce is given extra depth of flavour and body from the addition of roasted piquillo peppers. The intense flavour of the sauce works particularly well with chorizo, game and red meats or in rich vegetable stews. Serving suggestions: use as the base for a chickpea and chorizo stew, in huevos rancheros, as the filling for empanadas, in pollo al chilindrón or bean stews.

This sauce is a classic base for many Mediterranean dishes. The rich tomato and sweet onion flavours match equally well with fish, meat or vegetables. Add herbs, chillis or capers to customise it to your tastes. Serving suggestions: add to a seafood stew, use as the base for arroz con pollo, as a simple pasta sauce, in patatas a la importancia, homemade baked beans or empanada.

A concentrated fish stock made with fish, shrimp, squid, onion, garlic, tomato, carrot, leek, olive oil, wine, pepper and sugar. Perfect for making paella, fish soup or seafood stew. Shake well before use and add water and salt to taste.

Creamy, luxurious garlic mayonnaise, lightly smoked. Fantastic for sandwiches & grilled meats. A rich and indulgent alioli made using oak-smoked olive oil from Toledo. This oil is naturally smoked over the fires that are used to dry the peppers which make Pimentón de la Vera. The garlic gives it an intense aroma and a full, savoury flavour and this condiment is traditionally served alongside paella, arroz negro and other rice dishes. It is also a delicious accompaniment to grilled meats or with simple boiled vegetables. Alternatively use it instead of mayonnaise for use in sandwiches, particularly with fish or chicken.

Spain produces a flavoursome, thin skinned variety of fig called Pajarero which is the perfect medium to carry the rich, moist flavours of this chocolate coated fruit. Stuffed with a ganache of cream, chocolate and brandy, the Rabitos are intensely flavoured, slightly chewy, and meltingly delicious.

Alemany orange blossom honey has an intense floral aroma with a mild, sweet flavour balanced by sharp, citric notes.
