An authentic green Gordal olive, crisp, fleshy and delicious in its purest form. This addition to the Perelló range arrives without guindilla, making it the choice for those who want all the character of a great Spanish olive but without the heat. Grown in Andalusia and harvested between September and October, when the flesh is at its firmest, and the flavour is its most balanced. Light, green in colour, with a thin skin and a clean, slightly fruity taste, refined brine, a gentle oiliness and just the right amount of acidity. 

Plump Marcona almonds are an indigenous variety to Spain, known as the “Queen” of almonds. Cultivated in the north-east regions of Aragón, Valencia and Cataluña, this varietal is prized for its sweet, nutty, buttery flavour and creamy texture.   Expertly selected, then gently fried and seasoned to perfection in small batches, Perelló Salted Marcona Almonds make a wonderful snack alongside a cold drink. Crispy and light potato crisps finished with a pickle seasoning. The exhaustive selection of the best potatoes, the frying process using extra virgin olive oil and the seasoning using just the right amount of flavour help create this delicate product. The pickle seasoning adds notes of freshness and saltiness, not entirely dissimilar to salt and vinegar flavouring in the UK. These are the perfect snack to be eaten straight from the bag. Tree ripened black Empeltre olives from Aragón are preserved in the jar without the addition of any brine or marinade. This means that the full, fragrant flavour of the olives, along with the luscious oiliness of the texture, is allowed to shine out.
