This sauce is a classic base for many Mediterranean dishes. The rich tomato and sweet onion flavours match equally well with fish, meat or vegetables. Add herbs, chillis or capers to customise it to your tastes. Serving suggestions: add to a seafood stew, use as the base for arroz con pollo, as a simple pasta sauce, in patatas a la importancia, homemade baked beans or empanada.

This simple quince spread is made from quinces (58%) and sugar and nothing more, all of them sourced in Spain. It can be used as a spread like a jam, add sweetness to savoury recipes or, in the classic Spanish tradition, be eaten with Manchego cheese.

Grown in the upper reaches of the fertile valley of the River Ebro in Navarre whose conditions are ideal for the cultivation of artichokes. They are partially cooked, before the leaves are removed and the hearts are trimmed by hand. Cooked to Brindisa's specifications they have a delicious slightly nutty, waxy flavour.

Tolosana black beans cooked to exactly the right texture, ready to eat. They are originally from the town of Tolosa in the Basque Country. They are preserved in the same liquid they were cooked in, keeping all the flavour and characteristic reddish black colour. Use the aquafaba (liquid) for cooking and thickening sauces. They are creamy and melting which makes them perfect for use in stews with Morcilla or Chorizo, in salads or side dishes. An excellent product if you want to make real fast food. Try serving with hot guindilla chillis to contrast to the creaminess of the bean. José Salcedo Soria is the family-run producer of Navarrico. The company is based in in the fertile south of Navarre area, known as La Rivera, where the river Ebro irrigates the vegetable fields, an ideal area for cultivating vegetables. The family owners have been in business since the 1950s.

Real hot smoked paprika from De la Vera (DOP) in Extremadura flavours these Spanish potatoes crisps. Rich and warm. Gluten free. These artisan made crisps are very special, with a light translucent texture, and flavours that are as aromatic as they are flavoursome. The hand crafted process allows tight control of quality and scrutiny of raw materials. The production process starts with careful selection of the finest potatoes from suppliers who have been working with the company for over 35 years.

This is a unique, artisan oil made from 100% Arbequina olives grown on a single estate in Toledo. Naturally creamy and delicate, it has aromas of banana and fresh grass, a ripe olive fruit flavour, low bitterness and a gentle peppery finish. After pressing, the oil travels to Plasencia in Extremadura where it is traditionally smoked for 15 days over holm oak wood in the same chambers used to produce Pimentón de la Vera DOP. This collaboration with Netasa, master makers of La Chinata paprika, gives the oil its distinctive, powerfully smoky depth. Production is strictly limited to the capacity of one olive farm, with each bottle individually numbered and sealed with wax. Perfect for drizzling over grilled meats and vegetables, finishing soups and sauces, or adding a rich, smoky note to everyday dishes.

Crispy and light Spanish style potato crisps. The only ingredients are high quality potatoes, extra virgin olive oil and salt (also contains sunflower oil). Great with boquerones and gordal olives.

Whilst pasta is perceived as an almost exclusively Italian ingredient the people from Valencia have been making the traditional dish of fideua for decades. This pasta resembles short strands of spaghetti and is used like rice in a paella, paired with a sofrito and seafood to make the classic regional dish.

Mellow, fruity paste from delicate Ñora peppers. Adds extra dimension to many recipes. Nora are small round peppers that originated in the Americas and were brought back to Europe by Spanish conquistadores. The flesh of the peppers is air-dried and hydrated then made into a rich paste. Mild and gently fruity, when dried, nora peppers are the basis of much of the paprika produced in Spain. Nora paste is an essential ingredient for many fish dishes, rices and stews. It is also the base for romesco sauce. Because of its texture and intense flavour it can also be used for a pasta sauce, as a base for pizza toppings or to fill empanadas.

An extra virgin olive oil produced in Navarra. This oil is made from a blend of olives indigenous to the north of Spain, Arbequina, and to the south, Picual. The finished oil is clean tasting with grass and tomato notes balanced by a touch of spiciness on the finish.  

Potent sweetness. Crimson red. Flamed then hand peeled and packed. Great impact in any dish. Brought back to Spain from the Americas by returning conquistadores, these small red peppers are a very mild variety of chili. Grown and packed in Navarra, these piquillo peppers are roasted and then peeled by hand. The strips are a byproduct of the peeling and their flavour is intense, sweet and mildly piquant.

These baby sized gherkins or pepinillos are marinated in vinegar with mustard seeds, silverskin onions and black peppercorns. The perfect accompaniment to our ranges of cheeses, charcuterie and pates. Small and crunchy, they marry perfectly with pate, strong cheeses such as Manchego and cured meats. They also form a key ingredient in tartare sauce.

Cooked butter beans. Generous and eye-catching. These Judion beans are ideal for braises, salads and even with your favourite roasted meats. Cooked lechoso chickpeas. These chickpeas are delicious in brothy soups and vegetable stews. They are also a perfect addition to any pasta or rice dishes and the perfect chickpeas to make an incredible creamy hummus. Taste profile: Creamy large pearly chickpeas, these chickpeas are nutty, with a delicate earthy and buttery flavour.

Our Arbequina oil is produced in Navarra, using 100% Arbequina olives, this varietal is most associated with Northern Spain. The finished oil is sweet and grassy with hints of green tomato and a lightly peppery aftertaste. *Please be aware the 5 litre olive oil tins are fragile and can experience dents in transit. However, the seal is sturdy and the quality of the oil itself is not compromised. We will therefore not refund or replace any dented tins unless the seal itself is damaged or the tin is leaking.

Pickled in vinegar infused with oregano and tarragon, this garlic has a full and savoury sweetness. These classic Spanish encurtidos (pickles) can complement everything from canapes to cocktails, or simply be eaten with a cold beer or a glass of wine. Serve it as a tapa alongside olives and anchovies for a simple, classic snack, or use it to add flavour and texture to pasta sauces, antipasti platters and sautéed vegetables or a stir fry.

Cooked white long rounded beans similar to haricot beans. Elegant and creamy. These alargada beans are very versatile, being perfect for purées, stews, or even salads. Taste profile: With a complex flavour, these beans are earthy with slightly sweet notes when tasted.

These small fruit wheels from Paiarrop are made only using two ingredients: pressed whole dried Pajarero figs and Marcona almonds. Pajarero figs are produced in Extremadura and they are recognised for their rich sweet flavour, their delicate skins and succulent juicy texture. The Marcona almonds are the very best that Mediterranean Spain produces: plump, creamy and rich in oil for extra flavour.  Sweet and fragrant figs, plump oil-rich almonds melded in an iconic Spanish accompaniment to cheese.

Picked from the haricot plant and cooked fresh (not from dried) before preserving in a jar - Pochas beans are recognised as one of the best ingredients in the region of the Ebro river. Typically used in local dishes in the Spanish regions Navarra, Rioja and Aragon, the fresh Pochas have a whiteish green colour, with a very fine texture. Delicious with clams or monkfish. Miraflores peaches peeled by hand, gently cooked then cut in halves and preserved in a light sweet syrup, 8 pieces per jar. Natural peach flavour with light and delicate syrup. Dry butter beans packed in a cloth sack. Large, highly absorbent white beans with a thin skin and a soft, melting texture. They are highly versatile, and are excellent in both hot and cold dishes. These delicious berries, the fruit of the caper bush, have a floral sharpness which pairs particularly well with fish, from scallops to sea bass. Not quite as sharp as a caper, they are also great addition to a charcuterie or cheese board.  Blend them with lemon and garlic to make a dipping sauce for or substitute them for an olive to make a Dirty Martini. These butter beans, or judiones, are carefully cooked to retain their shape and texture. The beans are soft, buttery and creamy and can be turned into a smooth puree, used in salads or added late to a slow cooked meat dish.
