Garimori Frozen Iberico Cheeks Brindisa Spanish Foods
Ibérico Pork Cheeks, Frozen*, 700g
Exceptionally rich in flavour, Ibérico pork cheeks are one of the most tender and rewarding cuts to cook. Each piece, taken from the jowl, is naturally lean yet marbled with fine fibres that deliver a melt-in-the-mouth texture once slow-cooked. After a gentle braise, the meat transforms into fork-tender nuggets with a deep, savoury sweetness — perfect with red wine, carrots, onions and leeks, and delicious served alongside butter beans or creamy mashed potatoes. Approximately 700g. This is a frozen product. *Brindisa takes all due care to pack frozen items securely. Please unpack immediately on delivery. Frozen Iberico Pork Solomillo Brindisa Spanish Foods
Señorío Ibérico Pork Solomillo, Frozen, 900g
Lean yet tender, solomillo (tenderloin) is the most delicate of the Ibérico cuts. Its mild flavour and fine texture make it ideal for grilling, pan-searing, or roasting whole. Cook quickly and rest before slicing to preserve its natural juiciness.  Processed by Señorío de Montanera in Extremadura, this pork comes from their 100% acorn-fed Ibérico pigs roaming freely among holm and cork oaks. The result is exceptionally tender meat with subtle marbling and a refined, acorn-rich flavour.  Approximately 900g–1kg. This is a frozen product.*  *Brindisa takes all due care to pack frozen items securely. Please unpack immediately on delivery. La Barca Smoked Olive Oil Brindisa Spanish Foods
La Barca Smoked Olive Oil 250ml
This is a unique, artisan oil made from 100% Arbequina olives grown on a single estate in Toledo. Naturally creamy and delicate, it has aromas of banana and fresh grass, a ripe olive fruit flavour, low bitterness and a gentle peppery finish. After pressing, the oil travels to Plasencia in Extremadura where it is traditionally smoked for 15 days over holm oak wood in the same chambers used to produce Pimentón de la Vera DOP. This collaboration with Netasa, master makers of La Chinata paprika, gives the oil its distinctive, powerfully smoky depth. Production is strictly limited to the capacity of one olive farm, with each bottle individually numbered and sealed with wax. Perfect for drizzling over grilled meats and vegetables, finishing soups and sauces, or adding a rich, smoky note to everyday dishes.

panceta bacon slices in a tray hold by a man
León Smoked Panceta with Paprika, Rashers, 200g
Richly fatty cured pork belly. Hint of spice from pimentón. For streaky bacon with attitude. Freshly sliced in our Balham Deli. León paprika-rubbed rubbed smoked streak bacon  has the perfect balance of lean and fat and is marinated in pimentón to give a spicy heat to the rind. It adds a deep, salty smokiness to any dish or gourmet sandwich. In Spain, Panceta is also often referred to as bacon. Selection of quality raw ingredients is key. The cured belly pork is cut and then smoked over oak. Panceta is wonderfully versatile and adds flavour to the other ingredients it is combined with. In traditional slow-cook Spanish dishes such as Cocidos, often just a little is added for depth of flavour. Cecinas Pablo is based in Astorga, León, an area famous for its sausages, hams and cured meat. The dry climate and clean air provide the optimum conditions for curing meat. Pablo started as a butcher 30 years ago. Today his son (also named Pablo) continues his traditions. As a company, Cecinas Pablo is renowned in León & and throughout Spain as one of the best suppliers of Cecina (air-cured beef). They have a butchers shop and delicatessen in Astorga, while the factory where they prepare and cure their meat has expanded to double its size in the last few years. Vacuum-packed.

Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat - Organic Sparkling wine from SpainLoxarel A Pel Pet Nat - Organic Sparkling wine from Spain
Loxarel A Pel Pet Nat, Organic Sparkling Wine, 75cl

It offers aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and wildflowers, with lively acidity and hints of minerals on the palate, with a clean and vibrant finish. Pairs beautifully with a classic dish like grilled shrimp skewers or seafood with a citrusy marinade. It's a testament to minimal intervention winemaking, highlighting the natural flavours and terroir of the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Ingredients: 100% Xarel-lo. 12.5% vol.
