This Catalan variety is a soft type, made to be cooked, and contains a good quantity of onion, giving it a pleasant sweetness. The cocktail-sized puddings can be fried, grilled, baked or poached or cooked down to give texture to casseroles. Approximately 300g

Mild Ñora pepper, toasted almonds, roast tomatoes & garlic. Sauce for salads, vegetables & fish. A Catalan speciality, this is made using a combination of hazelnuts, almonds, sweet nora peppers and tomatoes. A rich, nutty sauce with a real depth of flavour. Serving suggestions: traditionally eaten with fish or grilled calçots, it is equally good with steamed vegetables, asparagus or roast chicken, xatonada salad (salt cod and frisee salad) or with grilled escalivada.

Milk chocolate wrapped in foil to look like sardines. A great treat to amuse children. Our Catalan White Hooked Beans or Fesol del Ganxet are grown by Ramon Viura in the coastal mountains of Catalonia. These new season beans were harvested in Autumn 2024 and their freshness means they only need simple cooking. Serve with a fresh tomato dressing  or with grilled butifarra or toulouse sausages. Produced in Tarragona, Catalonia from cabernet sauvignon grapes. A balsamic vinegar, made by combining reduced grape juice with the vinegar, and aged in oak barrels for 8 years, it is unfiltered, allowing the varietal flavours to shine; ripe black fruit is balanced by the acidity in bittersweet harmony.
