Local white grapes with red Monastrell create pale pink sparkling wine. Citrus, white fruit & summer berries. Wild citrus and white fruit typical notes of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel. A voluminous mouthfeel with good structure and an elegant, fresh and persistent finish. Delicious with Iberian acorn-fed ham.

Castelo de Pedregosa Petit Cuvée is a refreshingly dry and versatile Cava, suitable for enjoying at any time. Bright citrus and fresh apple notes are balanced by subtle pastry nuances, developed through a minimum of 12 months’ ageing under carefully controlled conditions. A blend of grape varieties gives this sparkling wine a smooth, silky texture and a clean, fresh finish, making it both approachable and well balanced. Ideal as an aperitif, it also works well alongside starters, cured ham and cheeses, or simply on its own.
