This paprika is produced in the La Vera DOP in Extremadura from peppers that have been grown in one of the 52 villages within the DOP. The peppers are smoked by the growers before being sent to the factory where they are ground in ancient stone mills. This coarse ground pimentón is smoky and spicy with a pleasant warmth.

The freshly crushed floral Picudo, sweet Hojiblanca and robust Picual olives from the Prado family's organic estates are cold-pressed. The result is an organic oil with tropical flavours of passion fruit and papaya. *Please be aware the 5 litre olive oil tins are fragile and can experience dents in transit. However, the seal is sturdy and the quality of the oil itself is not compromised. We will therefore not refund or replace any dented tins unless the seal itself is damaged or the tin is leaking.

An extra virgin olive oil produced in Navarra, the most northerly commercial growing area in Spain. This oil is made from a blend of olives indigenous to the north of Spain, Arbequina, and to the south, Picual. Crispy and light Spanish style potato crisps. The only ingredients are high quality potatoes, extra virgin olive oil and salt (also contains sunflower oil). Great with boquerones and gordal olives.

These delicious berries, the fruit of the caper bush, have a floral sharpness which pairs particularly well with fish, from scallops to sea bass. Not quite as sharp as a caper, they are also great addition to a charcuterie or cheese board.  Blend them with lemon and garlic to make a dipping sauce for or substitute them for an olive to make a Dirty Martini. These figs are picked underripe and green, whilst still firm, they are then put into a marinade of vinegar, sugar and spices. The result is a sweet/sharp fruit that makes a delicious accompaniment to hard cheeses or many kinds of cured charcuterie.

Unsalted marconas are especially good for cooking and baking. Their beautiful creamy, smooth texture and sweet almost buttery flavour is due to their richness in almond oil.

Cooked so that they retain a little bit of texture, these organic lentils are exceptionally versatile and can be used with equal confidence in slow cooked hot dishes or in salads with a vinaigrette.

These large, "Castellano" chickpeas are processed in Navarra before being tinned. Cooked beautifully so that they retain some bite, whilst being tender and moist, they are remarkably versatile and ideal for casseroles, in salads or to make hummus. An excellent product if you want to make real fast food.

These butter beans, or judiones, are carefully cooked to retain their shape and texture. The beans are soft, buttery and creamy and can be turned into a smooth puree, used in salads or added late to a slow cooked meat dish.

Super versatile.  Brought back to Spain from the Americas by returning conquistadores, these small red peppers are a very mild variety of chili. Grown in the Lodosa DOP area in Navarra these piquillo peppers are roasted whole and then peeled by hand. The peppers are a deep scarlet and their flavour is intense, sweet and mildly piquant. A 1-star Great Taste Awards winner in 2025 Note from the judges: "These are attractive piquillo peppers and taste natural. The peppers are meaty and firm. They are sweet and the judges like the large pieces. They would be a great store cupboard ingredient."

Our Arbequina oil is produced in Navarra, using 100% Arbequina olives, this varietal is most associated with Northern Spain. The finished oil is sweet and grassy with hints of green tomato and a lightly peppery aftertaste.

Bakeries in Galicia have long made products that would last on board of ships. Dried biscuits containing very little water were amongst the foods which were taken on most voyages. The olive oil torta, a flat, unleavened biscuit, was first invented several hundred years ago to provide an easily portable snack for stagecoach passengers passing through the city of Seville. These thin and crisp sweet rolled wafers are simply made with butter, flour and sugar to produce a light, rich delicious biscuit which slightly resembles a cigarette, from which it gets its name. This simple quince spread is made from quinces (58%) and sugar and nothing more, all of them sourced in Spain. It can be used as a spread like a jam, add sweetness to savoury recipes or, in the classic Spanish tradition, be eaten with Manchego cheese.
