Grown in the upper reaches of the fertile valley of the River Ebro in Navarre whose conditions are ideal for the cultivation of artichokes. They are partially cooked, before the leaves are removed and the hearts are trimmed by hand. Cooked to Brindisa's specifications they have a delicious slightly nutty, waxy flavour.

As seen on "Nigella: At My Table - Christmas" on BBC Two These large, "Castellano" chickpeas are processed in Navarra before being put into jars. Cooked beautifully so that they retain some bite, whilst being tender and moist, they are remarkably versatile and ideal for casseroles, in salads or to make hummus. Tolosana black beans cooked to exactly the right texture, ready to eat. They are originally from the town of Tolosa in the Basque Country. They are preserved in the same liquid they were cooked in, keeping all the flavour and characteristic reddish black colour. Use the aquafaba (liquid) for cooking and thickening sauces. They are creamy and melting which makes them perfect for use in stews with Morcilla or Chorizo, in salads or side dishes. An excellent product if you want to make real fast food. Try serving with hot guindilla chillis to contrast to the creaminess of the bean. José Salcedo Soria is the family-run producer of Navarrico. The company is based in in the fertile south of Navarre area, known as La Rivera, where the river Ebro irrigates the vegetable fields, an ideal area for cultivating vegetables. The family owners have been in business since the 1950s.

Spice & saffron powder blend for paella. Additive-free mix of spices to flavour paella. This seasoning pack is ideal for rice dishes but can also be used in marinades for chicken and  in stews generally. How to use: empty the sachet into the paella pan before adding the rice. Do not add any other spice, only add salt if necessary. Proportion: 1 sachet per 6 servings (600/700 g of rice).

This is a unique, artisan oil made from 100% Arbequina olives grown on a single estate in Toledo. Naturally creamy and delicate, it has aromas of banana and fresh grass, a ripe olive fruit flavour, low bitterness and a gentle peppery finish. After pressing, the oil travels to Plasencia in Extremadura where it is traditionally smoked for 15 days over holm oak wood in the same chambers used to produce Pimentón de la Vera DOP. This collaboration with Netasa, master makers of La Chinata paprika, gives the oil its distinctive, powerfully smoky depth. Production is strictly limited to the capacity of one olive farm, with each bottle individually numbered and sealed with wax. Perfect for drizzling over grilled meats and vegetables, finishing soups and sauces, or adding a rich, smoky note to everyday dishes.

Delicate mild flavour. Soft texture. A regular feature in Spanish salads. Elegant with mayonnaise. Grown in the upper reaches of the fertile valley of the River Ebro in Navarra and manually harvested; the asparagus is hand trimmed and graded before being cooked and bottled or tinned.  The soft white spears are a familiar sight in almost any tapas bar in Spain, their mild flavour often complemented by mayonnaise. You can also serve them with piquillo peppers and a piquillo pepper paste.

As with the majority of Christmas specialities, this soft turrón is predominantly made of almonds and honey combined to give a rich, melting sweet. Made from 70% indigenous Marcona almonds, toasted and ground finely, then combined with rosemary honey, the turron is sweet, rich and nutty. A 1-star Great Taste Awards winner in 2025

This sauce is a classic base for many Mediterranean dishes. The rich tomato and sweet onion flavours match equally well with fish, meat or vegetables. Add herbs, chillis or capers to customise it to your tastes. Serving suggestions: add to a seafood stew, use as the base for arroz con pollo, as a simple pasta sauce, in patatas a la importancia, homemade baked beans or empanada.

An extra virgin olive oil produced in Navarra. This oil is made from a blend of olives indigenous to the north of Spain, Arbequina, and to the south, Picual. The finished oil is clean tasting with grass and tomato notes balanced by a touch of spiciness on the finish.  

Potent sweetness. Crimson red. Flamed then hand peeled and packed. Great impact in any dish. Brought back to Spain from the Americas by returning conquistadores, these small red peppers are a very mild variety of chili. Grown and packed in Navarra, these piquillo peppers are roasted and then peeled by hand. The strips are a byproduct of the peeling and their flavour is intense, sweet and mildly piquant.

Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, they can also be filled with cream or creme fraiche and served with marinated fruit. For the chocolate biscuit aficionado, the chocolate version has almost as much chocolate as biscuit!

A hard and, on occasion, crystalline texture. The aroma is intense, buttery and herbal, the flavour is full and rounded with hints of leather and dried nuts; the aftertaste is clean and long. Net weight: quarter approx. 625g, wedge approx. 240g.

Alemany orange blossom honey has an intense floral aroma with a mild, sweet flavour balanced by sharp, citric notes. It's an excellent honey to use in the kitchen, equally good in sweet or savoury dishes. Used in the deep fried Monte Enebro dish in our restaurants.  A 2-star Great Taste Awards winner in 2025

The finished oil is sweet and grassy with hints of green tomato and a lightly peppery aftertaste. *Please be aware the 5 litre olive oil tins are fragile and can experience dents in transit. These butter beans, or judiones, are carefully cooked to retain their shape and texture. The beans are soft, buttery and creamy and can be turned into a smooth puree, used in salads or added late to a slow cooked meat dish.

Guindilla peppers are sharp and piquant and are normally eaten as a tapa with other encurtidos. These pickles are the perfect accompaniment to our ranges of cheeses, charcuterie and pates. They also make an excellent pizza topping, a brilliant addition to a cheese sandwich or bring a refreshing piquancy to rich foods such as a terrine or a plate of charcuterie. Also delicious with Navarrico black beans.

Pickled in vinegar infused with oregano and tarragon, this garlic has a full and savoury sweetness. These classic Spanish encurtidos (pickles) can complement everything from canapes to cocktails, or simply be eaten with a cold beer or a glass of wine. Serve it as a tapa alongside olives and anchovies for a simple, classic snack, or use it to add flavour and texture to pasta sauces, antipasti platters and sautéed vegetables or a stir fry.

These small fruit wheels from Paiarrop are made only using two ingredients: pressed whole pitted Deglet Nour dates and Marcona almonds. The Marcona almonds are the very best that Mediterranean Spain produces: moist, and rich in oil for extra flavour. Dates are full of energy and fibre so they are a very healthy sweet snack. This wheel is ideal eaten thinly sliced on its own, or as an accompaniment to a Spanish cheese board.

This paprika is produced in the La Vera DOP in Extremadura from peppers that have been grown in one of the 52 villages within the DOP. The peppers are smoked by the growers before being sent to the factory where they are ground in ancient stone mills. This coarse ground pimentón is smoky and spicy with a pleasant warmth.

The freshly crushed floral Picudo, sweet Hojiblanca and robust Picual olives from the Prado family's organic estates are cold-pressed.
