Creating Great Theatre
If you are holding your own party or event, our team of professional carvers is available to hand-carve the ham of your choice wherever you are. This creates great theatre, is always a talking point and is a delicious way to enjoy our superb selection of Iberico hams.

THE CARVING
How It Works
Your Brindisa carver will begin preparation and carving one hour before your event begins. This gives time to prepare the ham and to pre-carve a quantity (this time is part of the 3 hours for which you will be invoiced).
The whole ham can, and will, be carved during this time if required, any ham not eaten at the event will be packed by the carver for your future consumption.
Our carving service prices are for hams purchased from Brindisa.
Given the high demand for our carvers’ services, we cannot guarantee to provide a carver with less than 4 weeks’ notice.
