4 Person Enamelled Paella Pan
Spain's most famous rice dish, paella, is named after the pan in which it is cooked whose name, in turn, is derived from patella, or knee cap, which it is thought to resemble. This shallow pan allows the rice to cook at the right speed. Thicker and heavier than the plain stainless steel pans, the enamelled paella pans are coated with a black and white speckled, non-stick finish. They are easy to clean, don't get rusty (there’s no need to use oil after use!) and oven proof. Pan can be used on electric and gas hobs or in the oven. Not suitable for induction hobs. Adds depth to sauces & dishes. Finely-ground. Peppers dry over oak fires. Produced in the La Vera DOP in Extremadura from peppers that have been grown in one of the 52 villages within the DOP. The peppers are smoked by the growers before being sent to the factory, where they are ground in stone mills, to preserve the quality. This smoked paprika had a mild, bittersweet flavour. If you’re looking for something with more of a hint of spice, try the hot variant of our La Chinata smoked paprika.

  • During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date (Tuesday to Saturday). Orders can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance, or 60 in the run-up to Christmas.

  • Please note that deliveries are not available on Sundays or Mondays for most of the year, except during peak trading periods in December. Orders placed after 11:00 am on Fridays will be despatched after the weekend for delivery from Tuesday onwards, unless a later date is selected. 
  • Our courier, DPD, will send a notification on the day of delivery with a one-hour delivery window - between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm - to help you plan your day.
