- 1 jar of Perelló Lechoso Chickpeas
- 1 jar of Navarrico Piquillo Pepper Strips
- 1 tin Ortiz Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil
- Splash of Unico Fino Balsamic Vinegar
- Glug of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Handful of chopped parsely
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Drain your jarred chickpeas and add them to a large salad bowl.
- Add the jar of piquillo pepper strips, tin of yellowfin tuna and some chopped parsley.
- Finish with a glug of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a generous dash of Fino Vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
