ingredients
- Slices of Monte Enebro cheese
- 1 whole egg, whisked
- Plain flour for dusting
- Menorcan sea salt
- Alemany Orange blossom honey
- Black pepper
- Torres Veg Crisps
Method:
- Dust a cold slice of Monte Enebro in flour and black pepper.
- Dip into the egg, coating all sides of the slice, and then carefully fry in hot oil (180c). Cook until just golden, and then place on a paper towel or cloth to dry.
- Place on a plate and sprinkle with salt flakes and lots of orange blossom honey.
- Serve with Torres Veg Crisps as a garnish.
