La Narval Sardines in Spicy Olive Oil
Serve on tomate rallado - freshly grated tomato on crusty bread, for a classic Spanish bite.

Pair with Paiarrop Membrillo quince paste for a perfect balance of savoury and sweet.
La Brújula Mussels in Escabeche
Drain, reserving the marinade. Finely chop 1 ripe tomato, a little red and green pepper, and spring onion. Mix into the marinade, spoon over the mussels, and serve with Sarriegui Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crisps and a dash of La Chinata spicy smoked paprika sauce.
