Soft, melting black pudding. Sweetness from onions. Grill or BBQ, a breakfast treat. Like the UK, Spain has many regional variations of black pudding, known as morcilla in Spanish. This Catalan variety is a soft type, made to be cooked, and contains a good quantity of onion, giving it a pleasant sweetness. The cocktail-sized puddings can be fried, grilled, baked or poached or cooked down to give texture to casseroles. Approximately 600g in weight

These cooking chorizos have been one of Brindisa's most popular products for more than 20 years: exceptionally versatile, they can be grilled, fried, poached or casseroled with equally good results. The flavour is pleasingly meaty, the texture is firm.

Tender, indulgent texture. Sear on the barbecue, dress with paprika and oil. Galicia is justly famed for its octopus cooks (pulpeiros) and its archetypal recipes "pulpo a la Gallega" and "pulpo a la Feria" which rely on the quality of the raw materials, the best of which, like this octopus, come from the coast of Morocco. These tentacles are steamed in their own juices and are tender, versatile and flavoursome. Use cold in salads, heat through in their liquid or brown them quickly on the BBQ for stunning results. 

Creamy, luxurious garlic mayonnaise, lightly smoked. Fantastic for sandwiches & grilled meats. A rich and indulgent alioli made using oak-smoked olive oil from Toledo. This oil is naturally smoked over the fires that are used to dry the peppers which make Pimentón de la Vera. The garlic gives it an intense aroma and a full, savoury flavour and this condiment is traditionally served alongside paella, arroz negro and other rice dishes. It is also a delicious accompaniment to grilled meats or with simple boiled vegetables. Alternatively use it instead of mayonnaise for use in sandwiches, particularly with fish or chicken.

Rich, hot, dense tomato sauce. A national favourite on fried potatoes! A spicy, tomato based sauce, traditionally spooned over cubes of crisp, roasted potatoes to make the well known patatas bravas. With a pleasant warmth from the paprika it can also be used in marinades, adding a touch of heat and acidity. Serving suggestions: spoon over roasted vegetables, BBQ meats, grilled sausages, fried potatoes or use to add a bit of heat to homemade baked beans. A 1-star Great Taste Award winner in 2023

Hot & spicy with vinegar bite. Balanced yet dramatic. Spicy sauce made with "La Vera" smoked peppers. A condiment for any type of food. It can be used to flavour main dishes or as an accompaniment to side dishes. Sprinkle a few drops of smoked hot sauce on pizza, pasta, stir fries, salad, soup or burgers.

Potent sweetness. Crimson red. Flamed then hand peeled & packed. Super versatile.  Brought back to Spain from the Americas by returning conquistadores, these small red peppers are a very mild variety of chili. Grown in the Lodosa DOP area in Navarra these piquillo peppers are roasted whole and then peeled by hand. The peppers are a deep scarlet and their flavour is intense, sweet and mildly piquant. A 1-star Great Taste Awards winner in 2025 Note from the judges: "These are attractive piquillo peppers and taste natural. The peppers are meaty and firm. They are sweet and the judges like the large pieces. They would be a great store cupboard ingredient."  

Gently firm. Mild bitter finish, yet sweetened with herb dressing. Hard not to finish the tin! These artichokes from Navarra are partially cooked before the leaves are removed and the hearts trimmed by hand. They are then marinated in sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, parsley and basil.  The marinated artichokes have a tender texture and a nutty and citrusy flavour mellowed by the oil and the herbs. Serve in a cold tapa with Ortiz anchovy fillets, in salads or quickly roast them on a griddle.

These Gordal olives are green, crisp and fleshy with a touch of heat from the guindilla chillies in the marinade. Spain grows more than twice as many olives as the next largest global producer and processes them into olive oil and table olives. There are a huge number of olive varieties amongst which the most popular table varieties include Manzanilla, Verdial and Picual. *Please be aware the tins are fragile and can experience dents in transit.
