ingredients
- 100g Valdeon Blue cheese
- 125ml Crème fraiche
- 1/8th tsp cayenne pepper
- 75g toasted* Marcona almonds, roughly chopped
- Chicory leaves
- Paiarrop Membrillo Quince Paste
- Baby spinach leaves
- 8 slices whole grain bread
METHOD
- Mash the cheese, crème fraiche and cayenne pepper into a paste then stir in the almonds.
- Build the sandwich: Spread the quince paste, then the cheese paste add the chicory and spinach leaves.
