ingredients
- 250g dark chocolate
- 250g cream 35% fat
- 25ml cognac
- 10 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp La Chinata smoked paprika mild

METHOD
- Heat the cream, mix in the chocolate, add the cognac (or brandy), then let the mixture cool down.
- Shape the truffles by hand into balls about the size of a large olive.
- Sprinkle them with the cocoa mixed with the paprika (roughly 10 parts cacao to 1 of paprika).
