PAPRIKA TRUFFLES

ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g cream 35% fat
  • 1 shot of coñac
  • 10 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp La Chinata mild paprika

METHOD

  1. Heat the cream, mix in the chocolate, add the coñac (or brandy), then let the mixture cool down.
  2. Shape the truffles by hand into balls about the size of a large olive.
  3. Sprinkle them with the cocoa mixed with the paprika (roughly 10 parts cacao to 1 of paprika).
