Llagar de Oles is an extraordinary vinegar produced in Asturias, a lush region of Spain renowned for its cider-making heritage. This vinegar is made using the minimal intervention Orléans method: the oldest and slowest method of vinegar making. Aged in Chestnut barrels, it is made from apple varieties selected from the harvest of their own orchards. Considered amongst the best Asturian cider vinegars, its moderate acidity makes it a very versatile product.Taste profile: Aromas of fruit with notes of wood, complex and balanced cider flavours with hints of butterscotch. You can really taste the distinctive, crisp cider flavour. This vinegar pairs particularly well with roasted pork, but is also a great all-rounder in stews, pickles, fish and all kind of salads. Or try mixing it with carbonated water for a healthy, refreshing drink.

Fragrant, delicate and silky. Perfect for dipping. A modern take on a torta. Cañarejal is a torta style cheese with a soft, silky centre and a fresh mushroom aroma. The flavour is mild, slightly sweet and richly creamy. Perfect for a dinner party, make sure you keep it at room temperature for at least an hour prior to consumption. Whilst pasta is perceived as an almost exclusively Italian ingredient the people from Valencia have been making the traditional dish of fideua for decades. This pasta resembles short strands of spaghetti and is used like rice in a paella, paired with a sofrito and seafood to make the classic regional dish.

Spain produces a flavoursome, thin skinned variety of fig called Pajarero used by La Higuera to create these highly prized chocolates. These fruits create the perfect medium to carry the rich flavours of the silky milk chocolate salted caramel truffle filling and the smooth milk chocolate coating. Best enjoyed at room temperature accompanied with a chilled PX sweet wine or an espresso for an afternoon pick-me-up.

As seen on "Nigella: At My Table - Christmas" on BBC Two These large, "Castellano" chickpeas are processed in Navarra before being put into jars. Cooked beautifully so that they retain some bite, whilst being tender and moist, they are remarkably versatile and ideal for casseroles, in salads or to make hummus. An excellent product if you want to make real fast food.

These butter beans, or judiones, are carefully cooked to retain their shape and texture. The judion beans are soft, buttery and creamy and can be turned into a smooth puree, used in salads or added late to a slow cooked meat dish.

Tarta de Santiago is the iconic product of this Galician city, popular with pilgrims for over a thousand years. Composed of a pastry case filled with almond paste, the most recognisable characteristic of the cake is the cross of St James in sugar on its surface. Rich, dense and moist, a delicious hand-made cake.

Gazpacho is probably the most familiar and iconic Andalucian recipe. Using ripe, flavoursome tomatoes along with cucumber, onion, peppers, olive oil and sherry vinegar, the soup is fresh and vibrant with a depth of flavour and a refreshing, balanced acidity which makes it perfect for a hot summer's day. Tortas Gaviño have been making our olive oil biscuits for years and we recently decided to switch to their branding. The packaging may have changed but the biscuits are exactly the same taste and quality. The olive oil torta, a flat, unleavened biscuit, was first invented several hundred years ago to provide an easily portable snack for stagecoach passengers passing through the city of Seville. Now made in several different flavours, the biscuit with rosemary is herby, crisp and flaky and is excellent eaten with cheese. Contains 6 tortas per pack

Super versatile.  Brought back to Spain from the Americas by returning conquistadores, these small red peppers are a very mild variety of chili. Grown in the Lodosa DOP area in Navarra these piquillo peppers are roasted whole and then peeled by hand. The peppers are a deep scarlet and their flavour is intense, sweet and mildly piquant. A 1-star Great Taste Awards winner in 2025 Note from the judges: "These are attractive piquillo peppers and taste natural. The peppers are meaty and firm. They are sweet and the judges like the large pieces. They would be a great store cupboard ingredient."

The peppers are smoked by the growers before being sent to the factory, where they are ground in stone mills, to preserve the quality. This smoked paprika had a mild, bittersweet flavour. If you’re looking for something with more of a hint of spice, try the hot variant of our La Chinata smoked paprika.

Our Arbequina oil is produced in Navarra, using 100% Arbequina olives, this varietal is most associated with Northern Spain. The finished oil is sweet and grassy with hints of green tomato and a lightly peppery aftertaste.

White haricot beans cooked to exactly the right texture before being put into jars. They are creamy and melting which makes them perfect for use in casseroles, salads, dips or side dishes. An excellent product if you want to make real fast food. Drained weight: 600g

Rich, hot, dense tomato sauce. A national favourite on fried potatoes! A spicy, tomato based sauce, traditionally spooned over cubes of crisp, roasted potatoes to make the well known patatas bravas. With a pleasant warmth from the paprika it can also be used in marinades, adding a touch of heat and acidity. The freshly crushed floral Picudo, sweet Hojiblanca and robust Picual olives from the Prado family's organic estates are cold-pressed. The result is an organic oil with tropical flavours of passion fruit and papaya.

Bakeries in Galicia have long made products that would last on board of ships. Dried biscuits containing very little water were amongst the foods which were taken on most voyages. These traditional biscuits are still made, but now primarily to taste good. Round and crunchy, these biscuits have a mild taste of olive oil.

This is a unique, artisan oil made from 100% Arbequina olives grown on a single estate in Toledo. Naturally creamy and delicate, it has aromas of banana and fresh grass, a ripe olive fruit flavour, low bitterness and a gentle peppery finish. After pressing, the oil travels to Plasencia in Extremadura where it is traditionally smoked for 15 days over holm oak wood in the same chambers used to produce Pimentón de la Vera DOP. This collaboration with Netasa, master makers of La Chinata paprika, gives the oil its distinctive, powerfully smoky depth. Production is strictly limited to the capacity of one olive farm, with each bottle individually numbered and sealed with wax. Perfect for drizzling over grilled meats and vegetables, finishing soups and sauces, or adding a rich, smoky note to everyday dishes.

Small, firm greenish brown lentils from Leon are processed in Navarra before being put into jars or cans. Cooked so that they retain a little bit of texture, the lentils are exceptionally versatile and can be used with equal confidence in slow cooked hot dishes or in salads with a vinaigrette.

Delicious thin leaves of 70% cocoa chocolate with a touch of Mediterranean salt. They come in a lovely tin decorated with a vintage illustration from the early 1900s.
