The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (60% American, 40% French), followed by further ageing in bottle. Bottled with minimal intervention, this limited-release red reflects the low yields and exceptional quality of Cigales’ best vineyards. Superb with roast lamb, grilled red meats, charcuterie boards, or mature Manchego, it’s an ideal choice for Sunday roasts or a tapas-style dinner.
