Ameztoi Croquetas are made following a family recipe. Local milk from cows grazing nearby makes the perfect base for a rich and creamy bechamel sauce. Coated with homemade breadcrumbs for a deliciously crispy texture. 

Made using finely diced Ibérico ham and shoulder ham from famous curing region, Guijuelo.

Deep fry from frozen in very hot oil at 175°C for 4 and a half minutes. Leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS Whole pasteurised cow's MILK (50%), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, colours: paprika extract and curcumin), breading mix (WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), binding agent (WHEAT flour and WHEAT starch), sunflower oil, ibérico ham and ibérico pork shoulder (7%) (pork, salt, sugar, preservatives: potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate), ibérico lard, shallot, pork gelatine, salt and gelling agent: methylcellulose. May also contain CRUSTACEANS, EGG, FISH, SOYA, MUSTARD, SULPHITES and MOLLUSCS. STORAGE & CARE Keep frozen below -18 ̊C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 4°C and consume within 24h. Do not refreeze.

  • Saturday UK delivery costs £7.95, excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

  • During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date (Tuesday to Saturday). Orders can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance, or 60 in the run-up to Christmas. 
  • Orders placed before 11:00 am are eligible for next working day delivery (Tuesday to Saturday). 
  • Please note that deliveries are not available on Sundays or Mondays for most of the year, except during peak trading periods in December. Orders placed after 11:00 am on Fridays will be despatched after the weekend for delivery from Tuesday onwards, unless a later date is selected. 
  • Our courier, DPD, will send a notification on the day of delivery with a one-hour delivery window - between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm - to help you plan your day. 
  • You may also specify a 'safe place’ for your delivery if no one will be available to receive it. Please be aware that we cannot request specific delivery times or calls from the driver.
