ingredients
- 25g Parsley
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 300ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
- Moluengo Goat's Cheese
- 1 loaf of Sourdough
- Ripe Figs
- Perello Olives
- Alemany Orange Honey
- Serrano Ham
Method
1) Toast the sourdough.
2) Spread the slices of sourdough with the soft goat's cheese.
3) Cut up the figs into either slices or wedges, whichever you prefer.
4) Use a cocktail stick and pierce an olive, a slice of serrano ham and a piece of fig on to it.
5) Place the loaded delicious cocktail stick through the slice of sourdough.
6) Drizzle Alemany honey over everything.
7) Place on a pretty platter and pass around or enjoy straight from the chopping board!
